1-8 1st couple set, cross over, giving right hand, cast off one place and turn by the left hand to first corners (2nd couple move up on 5-6).

9-16 1st couple turn first corners by the right hand, partner by the left, second corners by the right hand and, giving left hand to partner, cross back to 2nd place, own sides, where they face outwards.

17-20 1st woman casts up one place, crosses over and casts off into 2nd place. 1st man casts off one place, crosses over and casts up into 2nd place. 2nd and 3rd couples set and cross over, giving right hands to partners.

21-24 Half reels of three on the sides: to begin, 1st woman passes 3rd woman right shoulder and 1st man passes 2nd man right shoulder.

25-28 Half reels of three across the dance: to begin, 1st woman passes 3rd man right shoulder and 1st man passes 2nd woman right shoulder.

29-32 1st couple turn each other by the left hand once and three quarters to reach 2nd place, own sides. 2nd and 3rd women – and men- turn each other by the right hand once and a half to return to corners.

Repeat, having passed a couple.
