1-4 1st couple cross over, giving right hands, and cast off one place (2s move up on 3-4).

5-8 2nd couple crossover, giving right hands, and cast off one place, while 1s set and lead up to the top, crossing to own sies, but retaining right hands (see diagram 1 for 7-8).

9-12 1st couple turn by the right hand once round and cast off one place on own sides and,

13-16 Giving left hands, turn to own sides at the top.

17-20 1st couple set and lead down, crossing to opposite sides below 2nd couple, and

21-22 Cast up round them, while 2nd couple set.

23-24 1st and 2nd couples cross to own sides, giving right hands, and prepare for an allemande (see diagram 2).

25-32 1st and 2nd couples allemande.
