1-2 1st and 4th couples set to partners.

3-4 1st couple cast off to 2nd place while 2nd couple dance in and up to 1st place and face out, while 4th couple cast up to 3rd place while 3rd couple dance in and down to 4th place and face out.

5-12 1st couple dance a figure of eight with 2nd couple while 4th couple dance a figure of eight with 3rd couple. Figure 1.

13-16 1st and 4th couples dance left hands across once round to finish in the middle of the set facing out to the nearest corner on own side. Figure 2.

17-22 All set and turn person facing twice with both hands.

23-24 1st and 4th couples dance left hands across half way round to face the diagonally opposite corner position. Figure 3.

25-30 Repeat bars 17-22 with person facing.

31-32 Giving left hands to partner, 1st couple turn to own side of the dance in 3rd place and face down, while 4th couple turn to own side in 2nd place and face up.

33-40 All dance reels of four at the sides. Figure 4.

41-48 All four couples dance eight hands round and back.

49-96 Repeat the dance one more time from new positions.
