1-4 1st couple advance and retire.

5-8 1st couple cross over giving right hands, meeting between 3rd couple and giving left hands to partners. 2nd couple advance and retire.

9-14 1st couple cross down to below 3rd couple, cast up round them, dance up to the top, touching near hands, and cast off into 2nd place.
2nd couple follow – 2nd woman following 1st man and 2nd man following 1st woman. They end in top place, “wrong” sides.

15-16 1st and 2nd couples, taking hands at the sides, advance (one step) and retire (one step).

17-20 1st and 2nd, couples cast off round 3rd couples - again 2nd woman follows 1st man and 2nd man follows 1st woman - and, taking right hands with partners, dance up.
3rd couple advance and retire.

21-24 1st couple cross over at the top and cast into 2nd place”wrong” sides.
2nd couple dance up to the top and cross to own sides, where they face out. 3rd couple turn by the right hand once round to places, where they face out.

25-30 Reels of three on the sides: to begin, 1st couple give right shoulder to the person on their right.

31-32 1st couple cross back to own sides, giving right hands.

Repeat, having passed a couple.
