32 bar Jig.

1-8 1st couple, with promenade hold, dance a reel of three with 2nd couple.
To begin, 1st man passes 2nd man right shoulder. 1st couple finish in the centre facing down. 2nd couple finish in top place.

9-16 1st couple repeat this with 3rd couple. 1st couple finish in the centre facing men’s side. 3rd couple finish in own place.

17-24 1st couple dance out between 2nd and 3rd men’s places and cast round them (man up, woman down), meet in the centre and dance out between 2nd and 3rd women’s places and cast round them (man up, woman down) to finish with 1st man between 2nd couple facing down and 1st woman between 3rd couple facing up.
Meanwhile 2nd and 3rd couples dance rights and lefts.

25-28 Facing up and down the dance and taking hands 3 three and three, all set twice.

29-32 1st couple, with four skip-change steps, turn by the right hand once and three quarters to finish facing down the dance, with promenade hold, ready to begin again.

Repeat, having passed a couple.

Notes: The second time through 1st couple turn three quarters round by the right hand on 29-30 and on 31-32 dance down to bottom place as 4th couple move up.

The reels in bars 1-8 and 9-16 are danced as 8-bar reels of three with 1st couple acting as one person.
